Rental Return Policy for Tuxes & Suits
Fiancee Rental merchandise is due back by 1:00 pm on the Monday after the event, unless otherwise specified at your fitting, including the paper you signed explaining the return policy and the colored paper in the pocket of your garment bag. Some events like Prom, for example will have variations in the policy and return times so always refer back to that info in your garment bag pocket. Please refer to the policy in your garment bag pocket for Rental Return Time Options available to you before Late Fees go into effect.

Prom:
Late fee's Due at Drop off are as follows:
Monday after 4:00 pm = $20
Tuesday (store is closed, must make arrangements for drop off) = $100
Wednesday & Thursdsay = Full Rental $ Amount
Friday = Full Rental $ + $200 Fine

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS: Fees are due at drop off. Please refer to the pricing for lost or damaged items, stated on your return policy located in your garment bag pocket.
